I would agree that depending on the relationship you have with your friend's husband, I'd definitely approach him in a non-confrontational way first to see who the woman was that you saw him out and about with. This sort of thing taken out of context never has a good outcome. :)

I agree, STD's are serious, however I would hesitate to jump to conclusions. I would casually mention, "Oh hey, I saw Joe at Spago's on Wednesday evening. He looks great." Then, wait for her reaction.

Yes, I would talk to my friend about what I saw, in a positive way, such as, was that your husbands sister I saw him with yesterday. But really Ladys, Its us we should be concerned about, I will not cheat on my husband, and I don't want be hurt by a another woman with my husband so why would I do the same to them.
