Handmade yellow, aqua, pink and gold tissue tassels hang from ropes fastened between two trees. Confetti System’s tissue garland is one of the sources of inspiration for this party. This particular garland is made by cutting tissue paper in half-inch strips and then twisting them together over a rope and gluing.
