The talk-show host wasn’t always a health nut, but decided it was time to get serious after having kids. About exercise, Kelly told Fitness: “I didn't do it in my 20s, and I was like, ‘It's too late to start now.’ But I began feeling tired—just playing with my kids wore me down. So I started walking on a treadmill. Then I started jogging. Now I'm running outside 3 to 5 miles.”
