Fruit Swaddle Set
How perfect would Little Unicorn's Berry Lemonade swaddle set be for a summer baby? I'm obsessed with the prints, the colors and the price point. Made of 100 percent cotton muslin, these swaddles are awesome not just for Baby but to use as a nursing cover, stroller cover (hello, naptime) and even as an impromptu picnic blanket!
To buy: Little Unicorn, $38
4Moms High Chair
I first saw this high chair last fall at the ABC Kids Expo, and I was already sold. With an ingenious magnetic tray that comes with corresponding bowls and plates, I could already picture my fiery toddler failing in her attempts to hurl dishes off her tray when she was done eating or accidentally spilling things with a flick of her wrist.
To buy: 4moms, $299
Chic Diaper Bag
I've always hated diaper bags that look like diaper bags. Thankfully, this gorgeously chic tote—a genius collaboration between Baggu and Land of Nod—breaks the mold in all the best ways. Roomy and nylon-lined, this classic leather tote stays fresh with an eye-catching pattern. No one will even suspect you have an adorable poop-stained baby outfit in there. (Just don't forget that plastic bag!)
To buy: Land of Nod, $349
Babyganics Swim Diapers
One of our favorite baby brands, Babyganics, has just released new swim diapers just in time for the summer and I couldn't be more thrilled. An added bonus: The diapers have this super cool color-changing feature to warn you of how much UV exposure Baby is getting and to remind you to re-apply Baby's sunscreen. The diapers themselves are UPF 50+.
To buy: Babyganics, $10
Ultralight Double Stroller
If you've ever hauled around (and cursed) a massive double stroller like I have, you'll be doing double takes at this super-light double stroller. The makers of the uber-popular UPPABaby G-Lite umbrella strollers have finally come out with a double version and it's pretty awesome. It's one of the easiest folds I've seen and has a generously sized basket underneath. So whether you're expecting twins or a second (or third) child, don't forget to add this to your registry!
To buy: UPPAbaby G-Link, $499
I'm a total sucker for a teeny-weeny baby romper with an adorable print and this one by Rylee and Cru takes the cake (or is it pineapple?)! Perfect for summer, the unisex print totally makes me wish they made an adult-sized shirt in the same print. Add on a tiny baby fedora and you win for hippest mom of the year.
To buy: Rylee and Cru, $42
Chic Maternity Dress
Sometimes when you're pregnant and feeling as huge as a whale, it's time to treat yo'self. And this gorgeously draped dress from Hatch Collection is the gift to yourself that'll keep on giving. Not only can you wear it throughout your pregnancy, it's designed to be worn post-baby too! And it'd be so easy to dress up or down with simple shoes and an accessory change.
To buy: Hatch Collection, $298
Modern Foam Tiles
Foam tiles that aren't a horrific mashup of primary colors and letters of the alphabet? Hallelujah! I'm LOVING these chic chevron-patterned tiles from Skip Hop and the neutral color palette is just an added bonus.
To buy: Skip Hop, $79
Pom Pom Basket
Here's the thing about having a baby (and eventually a toddler)—there's SO. MUCH. STUFF. Everywhere. So having places to stash all of it is so essential. Seriously. And a basket this whimsical and unobtrusive that would fit in just as easily in my living room as it does the nursery, is a total parental win.
To buy: Petit Pehr, $44
Wooden Play Gym
Does it appear to be a play gym for hipsters? Sure. But it's so damn cute that you wouldn't have to hide it away when guests come over. The frame and removable wooden toys are 100 percent non-toxic and the knit animals that hang from it are made of organic cotton, so you can rest assured knowing it's safe when Baby inevitably chomps on them. (And they will!)
To buy: Finn + Emma, $135
