Tiffani Thiessen, of “Saved by the Bell” and “Beverly Hills 90210” fame, hosted an event on July 31 for children's toy brand Num Noms at Au Fudge in West Hollywood. Stars including Ian Ziering (“Sharknado”) and Mario Lopez (“Extra TV”) joined Thiessen and friends for some custom lunch box decorating, delicious treats and family fun.
Thiessen was inspired to host the event after her daughter became obsessed with Num Noms. The scented characters break down into two pieces—“Nums,” the outer soft, squishy characters that nest on top of the “Noms,” which are the inner, hard-shelled characters that are either motorized to scoot around or are filled with flavored lip gloss or nail polish. These adorable little characters provide hours of mixing, matching and stacking fun for both girls and boys alike.
Attendees each went home with a fabulous gift bag, filled with Num Noms backpacks, water bottles, light-up rings and “surprises in a jar” filled with sugary treats and custom lip glosses and balms.
Stay tuned for Thiessen’s new Netflix show, “Alexa and Katie,” as well as her cookbook, set for release in 2018.
