Sarah Yahr Tucker is a freelance writer, producer, creative consultant, obsessive reader, passionate cook, and the mom of an amazing toddler who never stops talking. Originally from New York City, Sarah moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and made some discoveries, such as: learning how to drive at 28 is hard. That thing that you were eating at a "Mexican" restaurant in New York? That was not a real taco. That thing that they are selling at a "bagel" store in Beverly Hills? That is just bread that is round. Hiking is an activity that involves eating breakfast, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, and the occasional threat of mountain lions. Everything else she makes up on a daily basis. Sarah lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
A red tricycle that I bargained for at age 2 1/2 in exchange for giving up my bottle. I knew I had leverage.
