King stars in "Hart of Dixie" and her husband is a director. The couple are already the parents of a 1-year-old son, James.
Their Instagram announcement read: "So excited to announce THE SEQUEL. Coming later this year!! ... #BabyTown 2 - created by @kyle_newman and @jaime_king. Also starring #JamesKnight".
With two creative parents in the business, we loved how cute and clever the announcement was. James is definitely getting ready for his big brother duties, and he accompanies mom to work on set. "He's been on set with me every single day, always laughing and giggling and happy," she to US Weekly. "He does a really good job of sleeping through the night, he's just an awesome child. I'm always trying to set up a way he can be with me, that's why I bring him to set with me. I want him to know his mother's with him, because that's the way I was raised."
King struggled with infertility, revealing that she had five miscarriages, five rounds of in vitro fertilization and 26 rounds of intrauterine insemination before conceiving James naturally. She told US Magazine it took four years to get pregnant with her son. "This baby was a long time in the making and I feel like the universe put a little extra magic dust in him," she told ABC News. "He's like the happiest, most joyful, social and loving [baby]."
Congratulations to the beautiful and growing family!
