Famous faces were out in force on Saturday, as celebrity mamas Rachel Zoe and Molly Sims, along with their husbands, hosted a huge shopping event at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica to raise money for ovarian cancer research.
The second annual Ovarian Cancer Research Fund's Super Saturday L.A. offered up luxury brands like Trina Turk, French Connection, Tommy Hilfiger, James Perse and more, all of which were offering fashionable apparel at deep discounts. Not only that, but 100 percent of the proceeds supported ovarian cancer research grants.
In fact, the event, which saw about 2,500 attendees, raised about $700,000 altogether.
Maria Menounos ("E! News"), Tammin Sursok ("Pretty Little Liars"), chef Curtis Stone and wife Lindsay Price ("Black-ish") and Joy Bryant ("Parenthood") were among the celebs who shopped for a good cause. The family-friendly event also had kids' activities, complete with Hasbro toys, a Just Dance 2015 booth, a Rainbow Loom station with CloudB and face-painting at the Claire's booth.
Pets were also welcome, as Pussy and Pooch offered a small dog park, and Wags and Walks came ready with adorable puppies for adoption.
Mom.me even caught Zoe on the red carpet with her two sons, 4-year-old Skyler and 1-year-old Kaius.
OCRF's Super Saturday got its start in New York in 1998. The event was originally created by designer Donna Karan and the late Harper's Bazaar editor Liz Tilberis. Stylist Rachel Zoe and model/actress Molly Sims launched the Los Angeles incarnation in 2014.
