Turns out the Colombian singer did the same kind of workout with celeb trainer Anna Kaiser in 2013 after the birth of the couple's first son, Milan. Kaiser, who founded AKT InMotion, helped get Shakira back in shape with a dance-based fitness plan that included some weight training, too.
"A combination of cardio, strength training and flexibility is important to lose weight and keep your body healthy. Dance is not only fun, but it can be an incredibly difficult and effective option for cardio," Kaiser told E! in a 2013 interview. "When combined with an effective strength and flexibility program, you get a fantastic well-rounded program with amazing results." Kaiser revealed that after Milan was born, Shakira worked out with her four to five times per week.
