Molly Sims Reveals Secret to Post-Baby Body
Bikini season is upon us, and, let's be honest, moms everywhere are looking for ways to look more awesome as they suit up for summer.
Enter Molly Sims, mom of 3-year-old son Brooks and 1-year-old daughter Scarlett with film producer husband Scott Stuber. Sims also happens to be a gorgeous 5-foot-10 model, but believe it or not, she was also wrestling with the same issues as many moms—that pesky post-baby belly that won't go away.
After Baby No. 2, Sims admits that she was having trouble getting rid of the fat around her stomach. So she opted for Coolsculpting, a procedure that freezes body fat.
"It's really weird and amazing," she says.
While she also notes that the one-piece swimsuit is conveniently "back and very trendy right now," Sims is also a strong advocate for a good, old-fashioned workout.
"Schedule your workouts like your doctor's appointments," Sims says. And, she suggests, "work out with your kids."
And, if all else fails, "a spray tan always helps," Sims says. "A good spray can make you look like you've lost five pounds!"
Read on to find out the show Sims binge-watched, what she last read and what baby names did not make the cut.
