Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn

Your next movie snack can be homemade and tasty with hints of sweet and savory flavors. With just a few ingredients left over from your kids’ Halloween haul, you’ll be able to prepare party popcorn in just a few minutes.

Perfect and festive enough for any celebration, this popcorn will be the talk of the party as the best decadent treat your guests will get theirs hands on. Decorate with seasonally appropriate sprinkles and enjoy every last kernel.

RECIPE: Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn

Serves 4

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes


  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • ⅓ cup mini marshmallows
  • ⅓ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures
  • ¼ cup assorted sprinkles


  1. Fill the bottom of a double boiler with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add marshmallows to the top insert of double boiler. Decrease heat to low and let water simmer. When the marshmallows begin to melt stir with a wooden spoon until smooth; approximately 7 minutes.
  3. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Carefully pour melted marshmallows over popcorn. Toss with spoon to distribute marshmallow evenly.
  4. Immediately add peanut butter cups and sprinkles, stir to mix well.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
