Recipe: Date and Almond Energy Bites
· ½ cup raw almonds
· 8 pitted dates
· ¼ cup almond butter
· ½ mashed banana
· 1 tsp vanilla
· 1 tsp cinnamon
· Unsweetened, shredded coconut (the finer the better for this)
1. Finely process almonds, set
aside. Then finely process dates, and add them to the almonds. Process the

the rest of the ingredients.
3. Roll out in small balls and then roll into coconut flakes.
