When you're looking for something healthy for your child, glazed doughnuts aren't the first things that come to mind. They're sugary, fatty and usually made of processed ingredients. However, what many don't realize is that the snacks they believe are healthy contain just as much sugar as a single glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut — sometimes more!
