Whip these delicious waffles up for a sweeter morning and top it off with maple syrup and raspberries.
- 1 package dry
- 2 cups lukewarm

3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and sugar. Add to
liquid ingredients. Stir in melted butter and combine thoroughly.
4. Beat the egg
whites until stiff. Carefully fold into batter. Let mixture stand in a warm
place about 45 minutes or until it has doubled in bulk. (You can also let this
happen overnight in the refrigerator.)
5. Cook waffles
according to your waffle iron's specifications. Top with a bit of maple syrup.
