  • 1 (1-inch) piece of ginger
  • 1 (1-inch) piece of turmeric
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • Pinch freshly ground pepper

Note: Special equipment needed: juicer


  1. Juice ginger and turmeric.
  2. Mix with juice of 1 lemon, honey, and a pinch of black pepper.
