  • 16.5 oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough roll
  • 16 vanilla sandwich cookies (used Golden Oreos)
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix with sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 Tbs sprinkles for topping
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips


  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a 10x10 baking pan with parchment paper.

  • 2. Evenly distribute and press the entire chocolate chip cookie dough roll into the bottom of the prepared pan.

  • 3. Next, place the sandwich cookies in four rows on top of the cookie dough, lightly pressing down.

  • 4. In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, stir together the cake mix, vegetable oil, egg and milk.

  • 5. Spoon the cake batter evenly over the sandwich cookies and top with sprinkles.

  • 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

  • 7. Remove the bars from the oven and sprinkle them with white chocolate chips.

  • 8. Allow bars to cool for at least one hour or refrigerate overnight before cutting
