You can eat this elegantly with a chip or, you could pile-drive it with a giant soup spoon (which I am inclined to do). The natural sweetness of the corn mingles harmoniously with the smoky, salty bacon and creamy cheeses, and then—wham! Your tastebuds are jolted awake with the bite of jalapeño! Use frozen (thawed) corn if you are not a fan of canned corn, but you really can't screw this one up.
