Friday Cocktail: The Caliente

This yummy drink recipe comes from mixologist Matt Aaron of Sababa Restaurant and Lounge in Long Beach, Calif.


  • 1.5 ounces Ketel Citroen
  • 2 to 4 pieces jalapeños
  • 3 pinches (1 teaspoon) cilantro
  • 3 squeezes lime juice
  • Splash of sour mix
  • Splash of Sprite


  1. Combine Ketel Citroen, lime juice, sour mix and Sprite in cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and strain over ice.
  3. Garnish with 2 to 4 slices of jalapeño with 3 pinches (1 teaspoon) of cilantro and stir.
