1 2⁄3 ounces gin
1⁄2 ounce white Lillet
1/4 fresh pomegranate
2 thin slices of sweet chili
superfine (caster) sugar
thin slice of
chili for garnish
1. Use the sugar and the wedge of lemon to crust half of the
rim of a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Muddle the pomegranate in the bottom of a
shaker. Add ice and the remaining ingredients and shake. Strain into the glass.
3. Slit the slice of chili and place it on the rim of the glass.
