We would not exist but for water, air, earth, and fire, and our elemental sign is the very foundation of our astrological nature. As humans, there is not a day that goes by that we don't use each of these elements. We drink water or some fluid made from water each day. Obviously, air is impossible to live without. The earth is both our constant companion and the source of our food supply. Fire is a great purifier and cleanser of our food, and we use it to heat our water and our structures. Because our bodies' well-being is intricately intertwined with the elements, approaching exercise with our elemental astrology in mind is a perfect way to bring balance to our lives. Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces: Water Boot Camp. First we have water. Water is where everything begins. We live in our mother's wombs encased in water for the first nine months of our lives.
