Erin Whitehead, co-founder of fitness site Fit Bottomed Girls and author of the upcoming book The Fit Bottomed Girls Anti-Diet has some words of wisdom for new moms in particular: "With kids, it's workout interruptus all the time," she says. "If you only get 10 minutes into a DVD before the baby cries, try again later. ... Just make it a priority to do something as often as you can. That way it’s a habit and always top-of-mind.”
