Purchase vitamin capsules in gel form at your local grocery or natural health food store. Some vitamins that come in gel form are E, D and A.
Use a clean needle to poke a hole into a few of the gel capsules and squeeze the contents into a small container with a lid. Use a separate container for each vitamin type, rather than mixing them together in one.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the vitamin gel and mix well.
Dab the vitamin-and-olive-oil mixture directly onto clean skin. Avoid applying it near your eyes.
