Simple Pasta Salad

This recipe from chef David Bazirgan is an easy go-to dish that even the busiest parents can make.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked elbow pasta

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup cooked, chopped fine broccoli

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well and serve. This dish will keep for four days in the fridge.
