2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
4 small cloves garlic, chopped
4 large tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade
1 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
1 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoons fresh thyme
1 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoons honey
In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes break down. Mix in herbs, spices and honey.
Cook for about 10 more minutes.
