How to Use a Medicine Ball for Side-to-Side Sit Ups

Step 1

Lie with your back flat on the floor and your knees bent.

Step 2

Hold the medicine ball tightly in between both hands.

Step 3

Raise your back about 12 inches from the floor. Twist your body to the left and return to the middle. Twist body to the right and return to the middle. Let your abs do the work.

Step 4

Repeat the above step in three sets of 25.
