Mango Scotch Bonnet Margarita

Mango jam and scotch bonnet chiles, a relative of the habanero, give this margarita recipe a sweet yet spicy slice of sophistication. Garnish this cocktail with a chile and a slice of dried, rolled mango, or opt for fresh mango ribbons on a cocktail skewer for a brighter flavor.
