Day 2: Goes Sugar-Free

We made it through 24 hours without sugar. Amazing, but true. There was a lot talk about the incredible amounts of sweetener that seem to sneak into just about everything we eat. We also ended up sharing a lot of tips on how to go sugar-free—recipes, snack suggestions and, of course, cocktails (look out for those in upcoming articles).
