We are half-way through the challenge, which is a very good thing. I think the whole team is looking forward to the donut celebration we have planned for Wednesday morning. Indulging in donuts may sound counter-intuitive to the message of this challenge, but what we've all realized is that sugar in moderation is just fine. The problem is we weren't having sugar in moderation because it was snuck into just about everything we put in our mouths. If I'm going to indulge in sugar give me a cinnamon donut once a week, not sugar in my soy milk!
