Korean Restaurant Bibigo shared their recipe Golden Garlic Brussels Sprouts and we couldn't be happier about it. It's one of our favorites, and we're always looking for new ways to spice up our old favorite. Give your greens a Korean twist and double up your on the vegetable count with thinly sliced zucchinis. The sauce is heavenly and a cinch to put together.
RECIPE: Golden Garlic Brussels Sprouts
1/2 pound Brussels sprouts
4 Thailand peppers
2 garlic cloves
8 small zucchinis, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of one lemon
4 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil into the pan, and stir-fry the whole garlic cloves for 3 minutes until they turn golden brown
Heat another pan over medium-high heat, then drizzle two tablespoons olive oil over the Brussels sprouts for 2 minutes, and stir in four tablespoons stir-fry sauce for 30 seconds covered, then 30 seconds uncovered
Add the Thailand peppers, garlic, and zucchini into the Brussels sprouts for 5 seconds, then top with lemon juice and toss.
Serve the Brussels sprouts on a warm plate
