Happy Hour: Au Natural Apple-tini

Photograph by Maura Hernandez

The Apple-tini burst onto the drinking scene back in 1995 and has since become one of the most classic martinis you can order. Unfortunately the image that comes to mind is of a bright green glass of liquid. Not exactly natural. Enter: Prairie Organic Vodka. Prairie's vodka comes from single vintage organic corn and is distilled to taste, not a predetermined number of times like other vodkas. Preserving that character takes personal attention, and you'll see the end result is worth it. This recipe uses fresh apple cider. Go for the freshest apple cider you can—scour farmers markets or specialty stores. We're proof positive this drink will be your next best thing.
