.) Go for soft, moisturized skin. Try a layer of luminizing BB cream or tinted moisturizer. If you're looking for extra coverage, mix it in with your regular foundation. Set the makeup under your eyes with powder and only conceal as need. "The hint of shimmer will help perk up your complexion without looking too sparkly for the daytime." says makeup artist Marissa Lafayette. She recommends Ponds Luminous Finish BB or Laura Mercier Illuminated Tinted Moisturizer.
.) Keep eyes clean and natural. Use a soft champagne tone on your lid, and using a sideways "v" shape, blend a warm brown toned shadow into your crease and down to your lash-line. Blend the two colors, making sure there aren't harsh lines.
.) Rather than doing a thick line of eyeliner (too much for daytime), line your eyes with a cake liner, like Laura Mercier Cake Eyeliner. Add a swipe of mascara.
.) To make your skin look like you have a healthy glow, flush your cheeks with a creamy cheek tint. Blend onto the apples of your cheeks and inwards towards your temples. Marissa loves Dream Bouncy Blush.
.) Stick with a tinted lip balm like Fresh Sugar Rose Lip Balm so your lip color will stay in place with all the eating and drinking.
