Mini Burgers with Caramelized Onions and Sriracha Mayo

Mini burgers are perfect for a snack or a meal. They are kid friendly and fit in little hands and little mouths.

These sliders have a slightly spicy sauce, which accents the sweetness of the slow cooked onions.

Slider buns are available in most grocery stores now, but if you cannot find them dinner rolls make an acceptable substitute.
