Sleep experts recommend adults get seven to nine hours of sleep every night. That's a tall order for a lot of us. Work, families, commutes—just trying to get everything done day to day—can leave us with too few hours. The only place to carve out more time is to cut into sleep. But the promises of good sleep were tempting. So, I decided to find a way to get eight hours of sleep every night (or, let's just say, as many nights as possible) to see whether I noticed a difference. Long story short: I did.
After just one night of a solid eight hours of sleep, I woke up with non-puffy eyes. How long has it been since that happened? (Probably the last time I got eight or more hours of sleep).
