Cake Batter Protein Shake

Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (yes, this sounds weird, but it's what makes the milkshake consistency. If you're dairy-free, use tofu.)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

3 to 5 drops almond extract

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar-free instant pudding mix or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 to 5 stevia packets

1/2 to 1 cup water (alter depending on your desired consistency)

5 to 10 ice cubes (depending on how thick you like it—use less for a thinner consistency)

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional—helps make your shake thick and creamy)

Sprinkles for topping (optional)

Directions

1. Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached! Top with sprinkles if desired, and enjoy.
