Hot toddies save my life every time I get a cold, which happens almost always right when the leaves start to fall from the trees. What I love the most about this hot toddy recipe is the spicy ginger touch. And of course, the best twist to the traditional hot toddy is to replace the whisky with tequila. This version uses tequila reposado, which is aged in oak barrels from 2-12 months and has a slightly golden hue.
