Christina Litle, a hip-hop instructor from Napa, Calif., isn't letting a little thing like her third-trimester pregnancy get in the way of some serious dance moves.
The 35-weeks-pregnant mom of two (with one future Beyoncé or Justin Timberlake on the way) continues to teach her dance and exercise class to local residents, just as she did for her first two pregnancies.
"Stopping dancing completely never crossed my mind," Litle, who already has two daughters, told Barcroft Media. "It's just part of who I am."
The 28-year-old mom also teaches other moms-to-be, and she recommends that all pregnant women stay active "after getting doctor approval," according to the New York Post.
"There's such a stigma about pregnancy making you so vulnerable," she tells the site. "Our bodies aren't made of glass. We can handle a lot, and so can the baby."
Litle first gained attention after posting a video on YouTube of her dance class, titled "27 Weeks Pregnant with 3rd Baby Hip Hop Dancing."
While a few commenters question her decision to be so active while pregnant, most of the YouTube users are showing their support.
"Work it, Mama!!" writes Sarah Crider.
"Mama can move!!" adds Maria Manzo.
Even Litle's husband Jordan got in on the conversation.
"My wife (Christina Litle) is a talented hotty," he writes. "I love you and I'm proud of you."
