Easy Pan Pizza

Cooking spray

1 store-bought pizza dough, well-rested

3 tablespoons tomato paste

3/4 cup marinara sauce

8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced for topping

Salt and papper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 18x13x1-inch (half sheet) pan with cooking spray. Press the dough into the pan until it covers the entire pan evenly.

2. Spread tomato paste over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge of the entire pizza.

3. Top with sauce and cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is lightly golden. Cool slightly in the pan before cutting.
