For a lot of people, the extra hour of sleep when daylight saving time ends never translates to extra shut-eye. Instead, setting the clock back an hour means their bodies wake up, unnecessarily, at the same time they would otherwise (only it's an hour earlier). So, why not make the most of your early mornings over the next week or so? Who knows, it might even become a habit you love.
You can maximize your early wakeup by finally making and sitting down to breakfast in the mornings instead of eating a burrito in the car on the way to work.
