Although she is 5th in line to the British throne (and the first woman), Beatrice has followed in the philanthropic footsteps of her cousins, Princes William and Harry. She excelled in school—despite having been diagnosed with dyslexia at a young age. But from age 18 on, Beatrice made an effort to use her royal title for charitable causes: visiting AIDS-stricken children in Russia, helping campaigns for literacy in children with learning disabilities and lending aid to the Teenage Cancer Trust. And she just started working at a venture-capital firm in London this month, making her a rarity among royals: a Princess with a job.
