Fennel fronds, plus additional for garnish

2-3 orange slices

1 ounce Aperol

3 ounces sparkling wine


In a cocktail shaker, muddle orange slices and fennel fronds. Add ice and Aperol, shake and strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a fennel frond.
