Friday Cocktail: Cucumber Rosemary Gin & Tonic

There's something about the distinct floral character of Hendrick's gin—distilled with rose petals and cucumber slices—that really adds to a gin and tonic.

In this version, the rosemary garnish plays up the cocktail's refreshing herbal flavors; meanwhile, the sliced cucumber helps add a little smoothness normally lacking in the classic gin and tonic we're all used to. But beyond that, all of it together makes for a perfect dinner drink.

2 ounces Hendrick's gin

4 ounces tonic water

Lime wedge

Sliced cucumber

Rosemary sprig

Fill a tumbler or juice glass with ice. Add gin, tonic and a squeeze of fresh lime. Stir. Garnish with cucumber slices and a sprig of rosemary.
