It's a girl for Kelly Clarkson and her new hubby Brandon Blackstock! The singer took to Twitter yesterday to make the happy announcement, tweeting, "We just found out we're having a girl officially! I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!"
As if that tweet weren't enough evidence, we're guessing Clarkson is pretty proud right now of her sixth sense. After all, she basically called it back in November when she was quoted in Parade Magazine, saying, "I'm totally gonna have a girl. I'm manifesting it! And when I have a girl, you're gonna be like, 'That chick knew it!'"
Call it luck, or call it intuition; either way, it looks as if this mom-to-be is totally psyched to be painting that nursery pink. But what she's not psyched about is all the morning sickness she's been having these last few months.
"I vomit a dozen times a day," she admitted on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. "It's like bad. I vomited before coming out here. It's so bad. It's, like, so gross. You're not attractive when you're pregnant. Everybody tells you [that] you glow and your hair is pretty and your nails are pretty. That's total crap."
Truer words were never spoken...
