Here's How to Welcome Dad Home From Afghanistan

Baby Harper had never met her dad. When she finally got the chance on Sunday, she didn't waste any time letting him know her personality and playfulness.

When Army Specialist Cole Tesar left for his nine-month deployment to Afghanistan, his wife, Logan, was pregnant. They knew the road ahead would be tough, but "knowing that when it was all said and done, I would be with my family," Tesar tells WOWT 6 News in Omaha it was all worth it.

When this photo was posted on WOWT 6 News' Facebook page on Tuesday, the post was liked more than 1 million times and shared nearly 90,000 times in just 15 hours!

What do you think of the Carly Rae Jepsen-themed sign? It's starting to inspire other parents who are welcoming spouses back from deployment, too!
