Those little toy cars that you could drive around as a kid were great. You could hit something or back up into a wall, and insurance rates wouldn't skyrocket. No one would get hurt ... those were the days!
Now, if you accidentally ding someone or find that you've been bumped in a parking lot and you've got to get lawyers involved, it's not so much fun anymore. At least we still have those childhood memories.
For one little girl in Jacksonville, Fla., she wasn't so lucky and carefree the last time she took her white convertible toy car out for a spin, according to First Coast News. According to her uncle, who snapped the below photo of his niece getting a ticket from the police, she was bumping into things in the parking lot where she was playing.
Police officers who were nearby saw what was going on and gave Za’Dariyah Mishaw a citation for $4. (Her mom jokes that she has to pay it off by herself.) The adorable photo was posted on a local news station's Facebook page and has gotten more than 213,000 likes, 35,000 shares and 5,600 comments! Her uncle says that the cops were incredible about the situation and made it all about fun.
We just hope that Za’Dariyah becomes a better driver with practice!
