If you didn't know, May is National Mental Health Month. According to Mental Health America, the month-long awareness effort aims to "build public recognition about the importance of mental health to overall health and wellness."
To do his part, Jimmy Kimmel came out and admitted on live TV that he goes to a psychiatrist every week. He told viewers, "I think it's good to have someone to talk to," and then he lays down the punchline. His psychiatrist isn't exactly your typical psychiatrist.
