By now, hopefully every parent out there has become well-acquainted with the genius tale that is "Go the F**k to Sleep." The picture book, published back in 2011 and penned by Adam Mansbach, was written for the storytime-weary Mom and Dad, who know what it's like to read story after story after story to their wide-awake kid, only to wish he'd ... well, go the f**k to sleep already!
But even if you've flipped through the book yourself a few times, you haven't really experienced it until you've heard it being read aloud by none other than LeVar Burton. Yes, that LeVar Burton, of "Reading Rainbow" fame.
Recently, as part of Rooster Teeth's Extra Life charity telethon, LeVar stopped by and cracked open a copy. Of course, he didn't read the tale off to a group of kids. Instead, a bunch of adults gathered 'round for storytime.
While we still highly recommend getting your hands on the original audiobook, which is narrated by a Mr. Samuel L. Jackson, Burton's version is still quite enjoyable.
