Truth be told, the 2014 was a lot of things, but at Mom.me, we'd like to just declare it now the Year of the Mom Parody.
There were the back-to-school anthems — like this one, rocked by now-sorta-famous Deva Delporto. The then all the awesome pop covers, like Delporto's own "Shake It Off" and Suburban Snapshot's "This Is How We Do."
We could probably watch them all day long. Which is a good thing, considering that some of the moms who brought us the best viral vids of the year are continuing to rock out as the months go by, rolling out new clips practically every few weeks.
Three such mamas are the ladies behind What's Up Mom, who brought us this hilarious holiday trailer spoof last month. Elle, Meg and Brooke are back again, and they've just dropped another new parody single we can't get out of our heads. Their song of choice this time? Taylor Swift's "Blank Space." Yessssss!
But instead of crooning along to Swift's beat with lyrics about new boyfriends and hookups, the ladies from What's Up Moms have turned "Blank Space" into a ditty about sleep deprivation and practically needing an IV of Starbucks to keep them alive.
