Kristen Bell Takes Sides on Vaccine Debate

Forget the simple rules for dating my daughter. How about simple rules for coming near her?

Movie-star mom Kristen Bell has no tolerance for your presence if you're not vaccinated. As she told The Hollywood Reporter, if you want to hold her daughters Lincoln (almost 2 years old) or Delta (a couple months old), you'd better be vaccinated.

"When Lincoln was born, the whooping cough epidemic was growing, and before she was 2 months old, we simply said, 'You have to get a whooping cough vaccination if you are going to hold our baby,'" Bell said in her interview with THR.

Before anti-vaccine celeb moms like Jenny McCarthy and Kristin Cavallari raise a stink about why they won't vaccinate their kids, perhaps they both should heed Bell's words:

"It's a very simple logic: I believe in trusting doctors, not know-it-alls," Bell told THR.
