After 12 Sons, Couple Has ... Guess What?

Imagine you've got 12 sons — and a thirteenth little one on the way. What are the odds that another boy will be born? Is it even possible for one more male to come into this family?

That was what one Michigan clan was facing when Kateri Schwandt gave birth to an 8 pound 15 ounce baby, measuring 22 inches long, as reported in USA Today.

Her husband, Jay Schwandt, told "Good Morning America" he hoped the couple's latest child would be a girl. But the outcome was all good, because he posted on Facebook, ""It's a BOY! Now we need to choose a name! BLESSED beyond belief!"

The oldest Schwandt boy is 22 years old. When the dozen fellas were asked if they wanted another boy in the family, reportedly only three raised their hands.

So what's it like to live with enough boys to have your own football team?

"There's a lot of activity, a lot of commotion, a lot of chaos, but there's also a lot of love," Kateri Schwandt told "Good Morning America."

That's good news for the latest bundle of Schwandt joy. Until he get's stuck with bathroom duty, of course.
