After rumors alleging that the mother of 2-year-old North had hired a surrogate to have her second baby, the 34-year-old reality star took to Instagram to prove once and for all that she really is expecting.
And whether or not she intended it, she also made herself a "role model for pregnant women everywhere," at least according to Vogue.
"First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it," Kardashian writes in her post. "Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it."
So with a naked selfie, showing off her growing baby bump, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star set the record straight, even addressing those rumors head — er, bump — on.
"I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate," writes the woman who has been forthcoming about her health issues including fertility and morning sickness from her first pregnancy.
In fact, Kardashian writes that she's "blessed" to simply be pregnant at all and "lucky" to not have preeclampsia so far.
Health issues aside, women such as Vogue writer Patricia Garcia are just happy to see a pregnant celebrity post a #nofilter image of her growing body.
"Speaking from experience," Garcia writes, "pregnancy isn't usually a time when a woman feels compelled to share photos of herself. Who would when dealing with weight gain, puffiness and exhaustion?"
By posing naked for all of her 42.6 million followers (roughly the population of Argentina, just FYI) and everyone else who's reading about this, Kardashian, as Garcia writes, "is not only silencing the body shamers from the past, she's also sending out a message that it's beautiful, hell even sexy, to be pregnant."
"Whatever the case may be," Kardashian writes while taking the criticism in stride, "I'm grateful to God for this miracle."
